The food here is fresh and delicious, service time was great, staff was friendly and attentive. Someone is always at the register, so being ignored or having to wait isn't an issue. This is a popular and crowded restaurant, wait times are to be expected when there's no parking spaces. I got here before the rush but while I was here it got busy.

This McDonald's has went down hill. They have rude people that work there. They do not train their employees. They are very rude every single time it's only a handful of them that isn't. And then when you asked him to do something the right way they want to catch an attitude with you. I used to come and get something everyday from them I stopped for a while and then I just started back and I want do it again i will find somewhere else even if i have to drive an hour away. Because this place isn't friendly they don't have good customer service. They're there for a paycheck and nothing more. But to the few that do actually care I feel sorry for them because the rest just bring them down because they don't care.we spend our hard earn money for them to just not care. Very disrespectful. I would not recommend to nobody

I order and get my change but I need them to break a $20 that they just handed me. They had plenty small bills but refused to make change. I ordered a small cup of water but they rang up a $2 bottled water. Just before I ordered, a gentleman had to leave without his food or a refund so he could go back to work. He was very frustrated that he had waited over 40 minutes. Most disappointing McD shop ever.

The employees are very rude and when you ask for things when your ordering and they don't ring it up and then you say you asked for something to be a certain way they try to make you feel stupid I asked for a Carmel mach.... with whipp crean did not get it and I order a Carmel Sunda and it was only feeled half way I will not be returning. So glad that the ones from home in kentucky are not like this.
