Its been pleasant every time I've visited. They stay busy, which for them, that's a good thing. As a customer, patience is key. I love my service. Great prices. No complaints.

This location is ridiculous bad. Added name to the list upon sign in and an hour later still no assistance. They were still working with the same three customers that they were working with when I had walked in. Doesn't help that the manager kept taking people who were walking up to the counter and dealing with whatever problems they had, rather than working on the wait list. At this point, it would be faster for Spectrum to mail us a new router rather than trying to come in and replace it here at the location. After waiting over an hour, I left.

Christopher was pretty cool. I mean i paid my bill like usual and he helped me with my spectrum account issue but he made it not boring. 5/5 stars for customer service and problem issue solving.

Had a very good experience with Trisha, Vaun and one other rep that I cannot seem to recall her name. I took both my phone and my wife’s phone in to be upgraded since my phone was having issues staying powered on and connecting to cell service. The transfer of my phone was a headache but Trisha and Vaun got me set up and even got my monthly bill lowered. Thank you.

This is a pathetic company. They reel you in, promising a low rate like $49.99/month. Then after 2 years, they raise the price, claiming you have been paying a discount for a "promotional period" and that you are now paying the actual price of your plan. Then a couple years later, they raise it again, claiming AGAIN that you have been under a promotional discount and that you still aren't paying full price. It's a scam. They keep raising the price and lying about what your coverage costs. Don't even get started with these rotten thieves.

20 minutes to drop off equipment 4 people for 2 lines. Tried to upsell everyone who came in. 10+ waiting for service and they refuse to open another line. Need to do better.
