Eyan was VERY rude. I will never be back in that location as long as he is there. I went in to get a screen protector and he told me I wasn’t getting one there. He didn’t even ask what type of phone, or if I even if I was a customer. Ummm excuse me? I have been with AT&T for 8 years and have NEVER been treated like this with them before. He had what seemed to be maybe his mom and gf or sister in there with him and he was just plain out RUDE.

Veronika assisted me during my visit. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked into the Atmore store. She was very nice. She explored and explained every option available to me. I wasn't looking to purchase anything but I ended up buying something because of her professionalism and demeanor.

Lashonda was so nice and patient... I would give her 10 instead of 5... My phone had a major problem that could not be resolved... Lashonda took the time to see the best available deal for a new phone...I even will save on my service now... She installed everything and took the time to transfer all my data and photos herself... She even stayed an extra 15 minutes after closing to complete the transfer... The BEST SERVICE I ever had in any AT&T store... She should be promoted... Thank you so much Lashonda... 💓

Ashleigh was very kind in her greeting and showing me her products that’s available according to my family needs. I appreciated her patience several days ago when I visited her store and she made calls to the online to assist me. Today’s visit was no different. Ashleigh is very pleasant and excellent Sales Representative for AT&T in Atmore, AL. I appreciate her for the excellent service.

Got the phone from here but won't be returning to this location unless they get BETTER workers that knows how to talk to their customers the manager is great and very helpful but the other lady that works there is just rude and very ignorant!! Do your job you don't just look and sound pissy say READ THE SIGN someone is going to curse you out someday im surprised you haven't been fired already never seen any worker at a cell phone place so sorry and lacks good mannerism in my life!! Brewton has great workers i'll be taking my business there from here on out.

Went into the store to try and find phone for my grand baby for Christmas…… Wasn’t really sure about what was the best deal or phone for her…. Joe was happy to assist me and with her help and knowledge of the phones and services you all have to offer… We were able to make the perfect purchase, more than sure my grand baby will be happy with her new IPhone!! 😊 Thank You, Joe!
