Loud AC, fan clicked off and on all night. No setting to be on or off. No coffee maker in room, no complimentary face wipes... Zero in room amenities. We stay at this chain often, super bummed this one wasn't great. Positives, the bed wasn't hard and the breakfast was fine and the staff nice. Getting ready after interrupted sleep with out a coffee to help was not fun lol.. there is coffee in the lobby but we didn't know that and didn't have time for that either.

The sticky carpet in the rooms has to hit the road dude! Especially if you’re gonna be pet friendly room smelled like a wet dog. The cable tv should be upgraded with the carpet and the toilets. Lamps broken, shower faucet had a mind of its own.

We had reservations, and were not told about pool being out of order. We were coming to stay for three nights with kids. They were very excited to have a pool. We pull up to the hotel and see a sign, POOL IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED: UNKNOWN DATE OF WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED. The kids were devastated. We ended up getting a room next door for $50 a night cheaper and a working pool!!!

Positive: Staff was very nice and helpful Negative: The couch that pulled out to a bed needs to be taken to the dump. It was stained and the stitching was coming out. My grandson cried because the mattress in the couch had metal springs poking into his back. Very disappointed with this hotel

My first experience and my last…decided on a quick getaway from the weekend and have always had a good experience at other hotels in the area…..so didn’t expect anything less… Boy was I wrong…get there…no one at front counter for over 15 minutes…I booked a king but was told at counter no Kings available even though the customer before me got a King…the room had a smell…hair on everything…cups, sheets, shower, sink…. Spider webs in window…and the couch was the nastiest I have ever seen….it was like we got the worse room ever…..luckily it was only a one night stay….not impressed and will not return…they need to improve customer service and housekeeping services…it’s in a great location to casino…..
