Had a fraudulent attempt on my checking account. Regions immediately closed my account. No charges were made on my account. Website gave me a list of branches to receive my new card. Shelli Humphries at the Anniston Main Branch was able to issue a new card and print out a list of monthly auto drafts so I could contact them with my new card number. What could have turned out to be a disaster turned out to be a breeze. Thank you Shelli !!

The one thing that I have noticed about Regions bank is . That their customer service representative, and tellers, are very tolerant. It doesn't matter if they noticed, or have had experiences with the same person being high strung, on drugs, and or drunk. They till have treated the customer with lots of respect, and dignity, even after the customer has been at their branch numerous time because of loss , or theft of their debit cards they, have replaced them , and even helped that trouble customer file a dispute for the purchases he/she hadn't made , or authorized. The thing is that they know that the customer is like a powder cake that is about to go off. ,. Ask me how I know? I witness the drama over, and over again. I truly don't know how they have such patience is as thought they're trained therapist. Anyway enough said the branch that I am giving the kudos to is at 930 Wilmer ave in Anniston Alabama.

This is the worst location to go to. They are never smiling and seem like that are never happy. They never greet with a smile and everyone seems like they hate there job. They always have a stuck up attitude. I hate going in there and I wouldn’t if my job didn’t bank there. They need better attitude that is place of business I don’t recommend going in there if you don’t have to.

This is the worst place ever to do busy with. You better check your account every hour on the hour. The branch manager Anglea B is a joke with a bad attitude, she doesn't care if you're a customer there or not .Everyone else there has a wonderful, warm welcoming ,inviting attitude. The other staff members are always willing to go over and beyond to help and satisfy there customers needs and wants especially Katie Finley, Erin, and Leigh Ann. If you ever need anything done please see those 3 ladies.
