They’re a bunch of crooks. Not only when working there did they not pay my sister her money in full and we contacted HR about it they never paid the full amount but now Donna who answers the phone will not answer my sisters phone calls so she had to use my phone to get in contact with them for her W2 that they legally owe her an will not send her or answer her calls so looks like some legal action with the irs is going to be taken since they won’t do their job

Does anyone have a direct number to get in touch with someone there? If there is a family emergency and we can't contact our family member that is working (no cell phones permitted) who do we contact at the Saraland location. They won't even give their own employee(my family member) the number.

In my honest opinion the teacher Courtney in management that I had was very rude & was highly prejudice, she ran off every white person in the class & was rude all of the time * no help no understanding just nasty towards everyone, prayers for her! The employees were nice though, i wouldn't associate if you don't have two lots of drama here at this place and very highly ghetto. The food was good. Your check will not be what it's supposed to be even if claiming exemption. Dont try and call Alorica its a answering service but wont answer calls that aren't directed towards Verizons customers lol, best bet is to get an HRs cell number & text them.Beware this is not a career job at all, don't let them fool you because they will try lol waste of time!! Hope this helps someone that wants a good job and doesn't want to be mistreated.. Good luck :)

Friendly human resources department, bad management. Bad communication and doesn't look for good customer service individuals but ones who will comply to numbers and doesn't care about getting cursed out on the phone because it isn't about the customer it's about keeping numbers.

I got sick in my last week of nesting had the flu i talked too my Tm let her know and called the hot line now i dont know too come back or stay home and its not the business so much as it is the unprofessional people who what too be the boss but are not im going too human resources too speak with them because if im not feeling well what am i to do?

This place is absolutely awful. I watched an employee today fall and nearly go into a seizure because of the fall. She had a horrible gash on her head because of it all and they still made her come in and work instead of sending her to the hospital to get checked out. This happened in their parking lot.

This place keeps texting me saying they are hiring. I have never attempted to be hired by them and I'm fairly certain the pay and benefits are worse than what I get now.

It's fun and youthful, but they need stricter standards for employees and should enforce them with everyone.
