Stayed for 1 night. Hotel lobby and breakfast area were beautiful. Love the staircases and the vintage furniture. The room that we stayed in was very plain and not decorative. Place was clean and comfortable. Bed was decent. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly. For the price it was good for a night. We would definitely stay here again. Interested in seeing how the place looks after remodeling/ renovation.

The lobby is nice and the people friendly but|The rooms are not clean and in need of maintenance. Our tv didn’t work at all ! Obviously no check list to make sure everything is operational prior to check in. Defiantly needs reevaluating on the star rating as a 2 is fair and that’s only because the people working there are so nice!

What a gem! I found this hotel after some research and it didn't disappoint. It's right off Hwy 72, which was very convenient for us. It was our first time to the Shoals, and we had a great time. Our room was clean and a perfect size for us. The shower had great water pressure and the hot water came on instantly. The only downside to the entire experience was the toilet. It is so loud when you flush it, that it is actually a little annoying. Literally, other than that, it was great. The breakfast they offer is simple, but enough to get you through. The breakfast room and lobby are decorated so beautiful with great furniture and decorations. We could have easily stayed at a named brand place, but I'm so glad we didn't. I highly recommend getting a room here. If we ever come back to this area, we'll definitely stay here again.

Lobby area very nice and breakfast was good. Was put into one of their recently renovated rooms. The rooms are not ready to be sold but they needed them because of occupancy. No rod in closest, no hangers, no iron or board, no refrigerator, paint all over bathroom fixtures, no lights between beds, no pictures on walls, no TP holder, limited bathroom amenities. The TV in room is tiny! Hope when Hilton comes in they kick them up a notch!

Well.it was my first time staying here. It was a very Grand looking interior. The area for guests to be in to just visit, rest or relax was wonderful. The rooms were good. Did the job. Service was excellent. I am out of state and found it to be a pleasant stay.

Let me say this hotel was there for us during a family emergency and we are appreciative for that. The rooms are OK but the bathroom is in dire need of updating. The desk staff were all friendly and helpful. The maid staff is horrible. We twice put the sign out asking for maid service and it was ignored both times. After a long stressful day to come back and the room not touched was disappointing. The breakfast is microwave food and powdered eggs. The have two elevators, both out of inspection and one during our stay was turned off. If you need a place in an emergency it is OK but not great. Could be a nice place if they updated.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The pool was nice. Breakfast is free - I stayed 2 nights at this hotel - there was no cleaning out room was dirty upon check in. There was a used loofa in the bathroom and stains on the sheets - my daughter also found an insect in her bed but I do not think it was an invasive species. No fresh towels were offered or left in our room - There was an individual outside at the pool who seemed to have some mental health issues and was attempting to talk to all guests and that didn’t make me feel very safe with my kids. The next night there were loud kids in an adjacent room being very noisy until about 3 am. Too bad our experience wasn’t great because as I said the lobby of the hotel is gorgeous
