Office staff and forklift driver were very kind and friendly. I arrived at 9:30AM and was out within an hour even though my appointment time was scheduled for 4PM. However, I was disappointed in the lack of cleanliness with the portapotty. Also, note that they can load in reefer or dry van. God bless you all.

Love this place! Huge lot with plenty of room to turn around and back up to the docks. Friendly staff, impressive load time, so far I’ve always been in and out in less than 45 minutes. They do not have indoor restrooms for driver use but there is an outhouse on the far side of the parking lot that has been clean every time I’ve had to use it.

Joshua and Sally were awesome. They took the time to answer my questions over the phone and were able to get me loaded earlier than my appointment. Park to the east, receiving door to the south. Safety vest and closed toe shoes and your good to go.

No signs, so be aware. Park in yard on the east side of the bldg. Shipping/Receiving is on the Southside of the bldg. Get instructions, dock #'s. Enough space to maneuver easily. Got loaded 44k on paper. Cat Scale far enough that I appreciated not having to come back and get it re-done. Thank You.

Worst to worst experience ever i wish if i could rate -5 star rating checked in around 10am they gave me dock at 8 pm now its 10.30pm they told me my load is not ready yet why the hell you guys put load if its not ready yet
