Internet is constantly out. Whenever you call them it turns right back on for some reason. Oh, but they're only in the office from 8to5 so if you have your Internet go out at night or on the weekend you're sol, nobody is there to help. This company is a joke. When they decide to take their Internet seriously and catch shit before the customer has to call, then I'll give them a good review. It's absolutely constant with these people. I have never written a review for an internet company before. That's how annoyed this company has me.

Decent enough service it drops a lot, but their field techs are super professional and amazing people to have to deal with. My issues with them I pay a credit which seems to disappear and if theor is a special u sign up for they fleece the amount of months, the other main issue is the rude condescending people who operate their phones refusing to answer questions hanging up on u and getting Nasty sounding like a mush mouth tweeker this is not ok act your age grow up or get a different job you an handle the stress at. I praised this place before, but now the people they have gone down hill big time.

I've lived in 8 different states and this is literally the worse internet company I've ever had. Terrible to zero customer service. Most of the time it's zero because they don't answer the phone and don't bother leaving a message, I have never received a call back the few times I did leave one. I have been without internet for 12 or more hours at a time and they don't prorate your bill, but will scoff at the suggestion. Cumulatively, I'm sure it will add up to a weeks of no service by the time my contract is over. I have a lot more I could add but bottom line is DON'T. If you have any other option, DON'T CHOOSE ROUTE 66.

This is the worst internet company ever. I hate to give them one star rating. Our internet keeps going on an off every 15 minutes. Our surrounding neighbors internet is working fine. We can't call 911 for emergency service or use simple TV for the children. They blame the issue on the fiberoptic being installed in Mohave, AZ and surrounding areas. We believe that this is being done intentionally, because one of the employees has personal issues with a family member.There's no way the internet is turning on and off every 15 We're having to use our hotspot to get service. If we have a life threatening emergency and can't call 911, we're going to be in court.Thank God, we'll be rid of this company next week ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️.

I've pretty much had it with this company. We're about to find a new one.Over the past 4 months I'd say we've been paying for a whole month of service when we're lucky if it works at least a week out of the month and that's not exaggerating it either,and just keep hearing they're working on it.

Ive been with this company for 3 years. Im home all day and the service is interrupted 1 to 5 five times per day ranging anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. As im writing this its been down for 5 hours. I used to call to find out what the issues are but I would just get the run around or some empty excuse. I pay $60 a month for service that allows only one device to be active. I wish there were a better option available in Needles.

Best customer service of any Mohave County business. These folks are the best. They answer their phones with a friendly voice, return messages and get things fixed whenever they need fixing. 5 Stars for Route 66 Broadband Golden Valley, AZ, and Needles offices.

This review is for Route 66 cable that took over golden valley cable, please be careful choosing this company for your internet provider. if use this company do NOT pay cash always use credit card or check, they will not apply payments and months later tell you are behind. Twice in six months they told me I was two months behind both times I had cc receipts and they wanted to argue that the bills were never paid. The first time I paid them an extra month in good faith just to try and make them happy, six months later they said I never paid in October and Nov but yet October I made two payments….. With that said techs are great and professional and service is good, real issue here is billing and unprofessional office staff. Document everything and keep a file going back 12-18months at all times when dealing with this company
