I really love this hotel. It's a very well-orchestrated "ma & pa" type hotel run by two really nice hard working dudes. The rooms are always clean and in good shape despite the 'short' staff and their layouts are very unique and homely. The rooms that I've stayed in are perfect for a solo person or 2 travelers and very affordable, which is always helpful for working people or travelers that want to enjoy this beautiful area of Earth on a budget. The staff are nonstop working to ensure a good stay for you and yours and do not hesitate to ask for extra towels or some ice on a hot day they will have no problems doing whatever you might require. My biggest gripe, if you can call it that, is that the check-in computer is older than my '04 Honda and doesn't always work perfectly, but rest assured the lads know how to work it so there's no glitches. An easy 5 in my book, these guys work hard to keep it really nice.

room is disgusting and nothing like the photos from the booking site. the door doesn’t lock properly, there are bugs in the room, the walls are falling apart, the air conditioning/ heater is broken. if you can afford to stay somewhere else. i highly recommend doing so. the bathroom window was also open with bugs crawling in.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It is not fit for anyone. Pay a little more for something clean, safe, and not so run-down. It was dirty, run-down, unsafe, and unequipped. No trash cans, mismatched curtains, paint splatters, the stove was a fire hazard, an ant infestation in the AC unit came out when the AC was turned on... no screens on the windows, broken blinds, lights not working, on and on... it felt like a homeless shelter.

A place to sleep...not a place for comfort! Got here 1245pm and waited outside until 115pm when the office opened from a lunch break! Front desk woman was nice and helpful! $27 additional fee charges for checking in before 3pm (which you won't know because its nowhere online or 3rd party sites) Upon first glance things seem fine...until you realize there's no screens in windows and you can't open them! A window in bathroom could be opened...at your risk of meeting critters and flying insects! Went out...got back 10pm expecting to shower....low and behold...room 20 had no hot water and the shower doesn't work! Plumbing is a problem in room 20 for sure as water just built up in the sink like a dam! So no...not a happy customer at all...thank you!

DO NOT STAY HERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I have photos to prove. And can I give zero points/ no stars at all? Our experience felt like a scene from a horror movie. First of all, the room we booked was given to someone else. But I checked the room where our friends stayed, it was also equally horrible, so it doesn't matter which room. Then they didn't have any other rooms ready. This was at 6 pm , whereas check in was around 3pm. We left for dinner requesting them to keep a room ready when we return. We returned at 8, room still not ready. The person at the counter (who looked drunk or on drugs) kept saying he is not uncharge and the person in charge was not around to talk or to take calls. This guy promised us a cottage as an apology, an hour later gave us a cottage only to realize that it was not clean and there was some construction work going inside. Then they decided to "clean" another cottage which got ready by 9 pm. We were so tired after a full day of driving and we thought we will crash and get the hell out of there the next morning. We thought WRONG- there was much entertainment to come. This new cottage they cleaned was DIRTY. The entire space smelled like they used an entire bottle of Lysol (which they probably did), the floors were STICKY, bathroom was terrible, sheets very dirty, we couldn't open the windows to get the smell off, AC or fan didn't work. We didn't get any sleep and as soon as there was sunlight we couldn't wait to leave the place.
