Siempre desee hospedarme en un Bed and Breakfast, pero por una razon u otra no había podido cumplir con ese sueño. Finalmente se hizo realidad y supero por mucho todo lo que hubiera podido imaginar. ||Pam y Larry tienen el lugar que toda pareja desea para olvidarse de todo y gozar de unos días de paz y felicidad. ||The Gables Wine Country Inn es simplemente exquisito. Cada detalle de la decoración que adorna cada habitación es perfecto, todo en una armonia perfecta. Desde la sala hasta el comedor y por supuesto los cuartos. ||El paisaje que rodea a The Gables Wine Country Inn hace aun mas mágico el lugar. El jardín de lavandas, el jardín trasero, la vista se los viñedos, es que en verdad hace imposible no enamorarse de este Inn. ||La casa es una construcción histórica, que nos lleva al pasado, con todas las comodidades de la vida actual. ||Larry es el cocinero, y prepárense para disfrutar desayunos realmente deliciosos, y nuevamente llenos de detalles, el montaje de la mesa, las flores, las velas, la vista. En verdad me pesa tener que irme de aquí. ||Como periodista he tenido oportunidad de estar en hoteles de ultra lujo, en las ciudades mas cosmopolitas del planeta, y les puedo asegurar que The Gables Wine Country Inn puede competir con muchos de ellos e incluso salir ganador por todo lo que lo hace único. ||Es, en mi opinión, la mejor opción si se escapan a conocer los viñedo de Sonoma y Napa. ||El lugar merece un viaje solo para conocerlo. ||Gracias Pam y Larry! The Gables Wine Country Inn is a well maintained and charmingly decorated Victorian style house. Our hosts, Larry and Pam Willis, greeted us at the door as we walked up. They are wonderfully cordial and informative. Our room was as neat as a pin, and our bed was very comfortable. The gourmet breakfast Larry prepared for us each morning was delicious. All of the food was farm-to-table fresh. Larry’s culinary skills are amazing. Pam’s personal attention to our travel needs were first rate. Knowing that we had to leave very early on our day of departure, Pam prepared a to-go breakfast and had it waiting for us as we headed out the door. In summary, our stay at the Gables Wine Country Inn was a unique and wonderful experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at The Gables Wine Country Inn when we visited the area. It is a great central location to explore all different valleys and areas of wine country. It’s a lovely Victorian home. If antiques are your vibe then this place fits the bill. You won’t be disappointed. One thing to note is that there are no tvs in the rooms and that was ok even for an avid tv watcher like me because that would ruin the vibe and aesthetic. Pam & Larry could not be better hosts. They are extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. And the breakfast!! Breakfast at 9am every morning was absolutely delicious. We waited with anticipation to see what they would come up with. It never ceased to amaze us. There was plenty of outdoor space to relax with a bottle of wine after the day’s activities or to enjoy your coffee in the morning. If you are looking for a unique place to stay and not your average cookie cutter hotel then don’t hesitate to book The Gables.

We’ve been visiting The Gables Inn regularly for the past decade, and it continues to be an outstanding, charming retreat. Pam and Larry are simply amazing — warm, welcoming, and genuinely devoted to making every guest feel at home. The setting is gorgeous, the atmosphere relaxed and friendly, and the gourmet breakfast is absolutely exceptional. It truly feels like coming home each time we visit. Highly recommended!

We were blown away with the Gables Inn! Absolutely the best ever! What a fabulous property ... large rooms, well appointed, great outdoor space to enjoy gardens, vineyards, and the grounds. We pulled in meeting Karen and Larry as strangers and left 4 days later as friends. They are the kindest folks. We felt like we were in a Michelin restaurant for the amazing breakfasts. Larry and Pam bring something to the table that noone else does. The live there and know the area and the people. They will steer you in the right direction and give you helpful tips and suggestions. Our trip would not have been the same if we had stayed elsewhere. Looking forward to our next trip to the Gables Inn.

My son, daughter-in-law, and I were in Sonoma for a family wedding, and we had the great good fortune to stay at The Gables Wine Country Inn. The Victorian-era house is beautiful, the beds are good, and the surroundings are stunning. It was wonderful to sit with a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the back deck/swing/hammocks and view the mountains, a small stand of redwood trees, and the tall sunflowers growing nearby. A short walk takes you to the inn's own vineyard and blackberry bushes! And then there are the breakfasts, which were, in a word, fabulous. Pam and Larry Willis are excellent hosts who gave us good advice on where to go and how to get there. This inn is a truly magical place.

The Gables Wine Country Inn is an historic Victorian home affording easy access to Sonoma County’s many wineries, charming towns, shops, and restaurants. It has become our headquarters whenever we visit wine country. The innkeepers provide comfortable accommodations and a delicious breakfast that sets the perfect tone for a day of exploring. They are very knowledgeable about the area’s wineries and other attractions and can help plan your day. The grounds include seating in a small redwood grove and their vineyard produces an excellent dry Riesling. We cannot recommend The Gable highly enough.
