My original review is below. Please note in response to the reply to my review that today is the 21st of June, 2023. Yesterday Johnstonville Quality Foods claimed that a test was done by the county on June 22nd! Oops, I think the reply may have been a little defensive. Please know I am not attacking this little store, and I love frequenting here. To be fair, when the county tests gas pumps, a seal (sticker) is placed on the fuel pump with a validation date. I have family at the county office in the Department of Weights and Measures. So, stay tuned. I will be photographing the pumps today (6.21.2023) and will check on last inspection details. Not the same since Eve left. I can see they are trying to better the business here, though the diesel pumps are always down and/or leaking, and though the gas prices might be the best in town, 6 tests have showed that these pumps are inaccurate when dispensing fuel. For example, one gallon may be 0.9 gallons, whereas one test revealed .85 gallons as a minimal threshold. The average on a 12 gallon fill-up is .92 gallons. 11.04 gallons is what I got filling two [identical] 5 gallon cans (to the fill line) and then a 2.5 gallon can for my weedeater. I measured the remaining fuel in the 2.5 gallon can as 3.94 liters, or 1.04 gallons. Knowing this has not stopped me from grabbing a few gallons now and again, but I would advise against filling up your tank until they repair those old antiquated pumps that the owner seems to neglect. This is the reason Eve didn't renew her lease as the owner was trying to raise the lease while letting the building suffer.

This store provides good snacks and some healthy sandwiches in their refrigerators, a variety of sodas but not really a variety of drinks or products although what they do have is good. Service was quick and cold, not a greeting or a smile.

A quaint little corner store. Be advised they don't sell lottery tickets. But all your other quick shopping trips are there.

HELLO. I PURCHASE BEDDAR WITH CHEDDAR SASAUGE. FROM WALMART IN YUCCA VALLEY CALIFORNIA AND TWICE IVE BECOME SICK. THIS IS AT RANDOM. WITH NO CONSISTANT BECOMING SICK. I ENJOY YOUR PRODUCT AND WANT TO CONTINUE BUYING THE SASAUGE . IM FEELING SCARED THAT I WILL BECOME ILL. SINCERLY TERESA
