¡Hotel Top en Hollywood! ¡Qué buena experiencia con mis amigos en este hotel de Hollywood! La ubicación es un puntazo, cerca de todo para salir de fiesta y turistar. Las habitaciones, impecables y con buen rollo. El servicio al cliente, de 10, siempre atentos. Si vienen con banda, este es el lugar. ¡Volvería sin pensarlo! Le doy 4 estrellas porque siempre se puede mejorar, ¡pero la verdad es que está genial!

The room itself was clean, spacious, and stocked with high-end toiletries, which was a lovely touch. Our first room (312) was located just around the corner from reception and directly beside the toilets used by bar guests and those attending the hotel’s events. At check-in, we were briefly advised that rooms may be affected by noise from the bar during events, but the level of noise we experienced was honestly beyond reasonable. Being next to both the toilets and the outdoor area where guests gathered made it impossible to relax – the noise was completely unacceptable. We requested a quieter room and were kindly moved to Room 205, which was a huge improvement; we didn’t hear a thing after that. On our second night, the hotel was hosting a Halloween event. When we returned around 10pm, we couldn’t simply head to our room – we had to bypass the queue of event-goers outside and explain that we were hotel guests. It felt more like entering a nightclub than a hotel, which was quite uncomfortable. Overall, it feels like the hotel hasn’t found the right balance between running a nightlife venue and providing a comfortable hotel experience. A noise disclaimer would have been far more helpful at the time of booking rather than upon arrival. I would assume the majority of revenue comes from hotel guests rather than events, so you would expect guest comfort to be prioritised – unfortunately that didn’t seem to be the case. I’m expecting the standard response along the lines of the atmosphere not meeting expectations, but to be clear: I appreciated the fun vibe – just not at the intensity we experienced. I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking to party, but not if you’re hoping for a bit of a vibe AND a restful night’s sleep.

Just finished an 11 day stay at this establishment and can personally say it was a blast. Even though I was there for work everyone from the front desk to the valet was nice and very helpful. Was lucky that our company booked the rooms here! Hopefully will be back sooner than later! The complimentary Margaritas were top notch as well! The vibe is unmatched to any other place ive stayed. LONG LIVE HOTEL ZIGGY!

A fun, funky place to stay in West Hollywood. Not luxurious, but affordable and a great location. The staff are great and helpful. The pool is also fun. The lobby is cool but gets a little loud and crazy in the evenings with live music. Definitely a younger vibe. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

this hotel charges an additional undisclosed third party booking fee of $52 on top of all the other fees you pay before showing up. this is a hidden fee and wildly misleading about the cost of each nights stay. I could have stayed at the Andaz across the street for less which is a far superior hotel for the money. This company also had a chance to correct this but did not.. Clearly they like using this angle to attract customers thinking they are getting a better deal & it speaks volumes about them. RUN! Will not return. REVIEW ADDENDUM AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: I’m very surprised by this company’s response. At no point during my booking did it show that an additional fee would be due at the hotel. I attached clear photo evidence of my booking, which was sent to them before they replied to this review and it only shows the $57.97 fees I already paid when booking. Had it stated anywhere that I’d be charged an extra $52 upon arrival in addition to the $57.97, I would have chosen another hotel, since there were significantly better options at that price point. I’m sharing this evidence publicly because instead of acknowledging the issue and correcting it, they’ve chosen to deny it. This experience feels misleading and disappointing, and I hope others check their booking details carefully before staying here.

We were in LA for a brief visit to go on The Price is Right and have an awesome night at the Comedy Store. We picked this hotel because it was literally right across the street from the Comedy Store. So that was super convenient. But we also thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was comfortable, clean, nice sized room, friendly staff. Nothing bad to say about it. Highly recommended staying at this fun hotel!

Hôtel magnifique et décoration originale, le personnel est gentil et agréable. La chambre spacieuse très jolie avec un accès direct à la piscine. Le dimanche soir de notre arrivée il y avait une pool party avec Dj c'était sympa, le reste de notre séjour était calme , c'était parfait 👍 Parking avec valet un peu cher mais on le savait.

PLEASE READ THE DETAILS ABOUT NOISE, LIVE MUSIC AND ROOM PROXIMITY TO THE STAGE - There are aspects of this hotel that are good, but others have already detailed them. The noise was a massive, unacceptable issue with our stay though. We are both people that can enjoy a lively place and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in the past. I'm not talking about that kind of noise. I'm talking about noise so loud the floor is vibrating and the furniture is shaking. I've never, ever experienced anything like that in my life. The hotel has live bands playing and our room (and about 4 or 5 others I'd guess) are directly above the place where the band plays. If you're allocated one of those rooms and you you will be in the room during a gig or sound check i would ask to be moved. There's absolutely no way you'd be able to tolerate it. I expect the other rooms (the ones around the pool) have some noise bleed through and I expect that's OK and consistent with the hotels music-oriented proposition. That's not the case for the rooms above the stage though. The hotel waived the service fees but honestly, we were still unsatisfied. It's the worst example of excessive noise I've ever experienced in a hotel and it was about 5 times louder than the next loudest. The room was ok-ish, but nothing special, a bit tatty and not particularly clean. Functional. Lobby and rest of the hotel is OK.
