Fortezza Ristorante

Fortezza Ristorante is a bright, exciting, and delicious change for Niwot and surrounding areas! The owners, Adam and Natalie are the absolute best! A great deal of personal attention was made at every table! Our server, Joey was so knowledgeable on each item and so very kind to us! Shout out to Angela, always so cheerful when greeting us! We had the Agnolotti di Toma Piedmontese, and Cavatelli di Spinaci, and the Porchetta. All equally delicious in taste and presentation! Can not wait to visit again and try more!! Thank you for a great evening!

10/10 across the board. The owners have a passion for service that's evident from the moment you walk in the door. From the greeting, to the wine recommendations, to the beautiful outdoor setting...no complaints. If you're looking for a perfect outdoor night under the twinkle lights (or indoors!) with a delicious northern Italian meal and great wine list, look no further. Thanks for a great evening in Niwot!

Please treat yourself to this fabulous new restaurant in Niwot! Fortezza Ristorante is a rare gem! The atmosphere is inviting from the moment you walk in. The wait staff, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The food was prepared and presented in the absolute best manner. We enjoyed each course, anxiously waiting for the next presentation. I would highly recommend the PANISSA E PARMIGIANO REGGIANO (decadent and delicious), the CAVATELLI DI SPINACI, (best pasta I’ve ever tasted) and the CAPESANTE, (scallops with a delicious risotto). I cannot wait to go back and try some of the other masterpieces. Chefs, you are top notch! Well done everyone! Thank you for an incredible experience!

Fortezza is a worthy successor to the space vacated by the awesome Farrow - fantastic Italian fare and a great spot for a power lunch...or just a boozy time with good friends. The service was excellent, and I am looking forward to our next visit. I enjoyed the exceptional gnocchi-style past with pesto and pistachios. WOW.

I am blown away by Fortezza. They have the best Italian food we’ve had in Colorado! The ambiance and the service is outstanding. We went a little crazy and ordered a lot, and everything was incredible. Some of our faves include the NY Strip, focaccia with rosemary and olive oil, mushroom agnolotti, tagliatelle with duck/pork, and the chickpea frittata (something we’d never order and it was amazing!). All of the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with were so hospitable and knowledgeable. The entire experience was flawless. I had a a gin/aperol/lemon drink that was delish, and the wine menu was extensive without being intimidating. We look forward to coming back frequently!

In for lunch; So yummy! Had the Bison Carpaccio, Hamachi Crudo and Angolottti di Toma Piemontese (amazing). Great wine selection. Italian Martini was really good. At the bar and John (I believe) took great care of me. Cute space, great patio and friendly employees! Will be back

Wow what an absolute treasure! The food was top notch none like no other. The Patio was such a vibe and Zen. The flavors were so robust!! Definitely come by this amazing place and definitely ask for John. He was so knowledgeable and such a true delight. Get the Ribeye 🔥

Came by for lunch and every dish was so meticulously made. Almost too pretty to eat… almost. If you are a lover of amazing wine then dining here is an absolute must. I can’t wait to go back for dinner!
