A million thanks to the Parrish Grove Inn, Cocoa Village. They opened their doors to us "Power Refugees" and gave us a free room with food and AC and the warmest welcome ever. We are simply blown away by their kindness and generosity. The room was warm and beautifully furnished. The bed was super comfy. Hope and Henry were so incredibly gracious and welcoming. The wine bar and food were great. We highly recommend this beautiful Inn!

We had the MOST amazing stay. We staying in the Keylime room and it was wonderful! It opened up to the back patio where you can see the river. We loved to sit out there and our BB attendant, John was AMAZING! He brought us mimosas in the morning which made the start to our day blissful! The accommodations were clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, the kitchen was also stocked full of goodies! We were within walking distance to the quaint little town and also within walking distance to the concert we were attending. I work in hospitality industry and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this B&B!

I visited my family for a week and needed a place to stay for one night because the house was over crowded. This is a beautiful place that is tastefully decorated and the staff is so welcoming! The rooms are breathtaking, the wine lady with curly hair is amazing and always smiling! The price was perfect. Over all the best thing was the people. Customer service is key to make any place shine:-) I would suggest this location to anyone. A true gem!!

The staying in the Parrish Grove Inn was very pleasant and enjoyable for myself us.. We liked the location very much. The service was awesome and I really enjoyed the wine bar, the staff was nice and polite. My team and I were in the area on business and the Grove Inn was very affordable for our budget. We are planning to use it for our Christmas party this year because of the great service we received. I will recommend staying here if you are seeking a location in the cocoa area.

We try and stay at the Parrish Grove Inn at least once a year for a fun romantic getaway. We always have a wonderful time and leave there feeling relaxed. The manager is very attentive to your every need. The kitchen is always stocked with essentials and delicious treats. We love the history of the place and the "Cocoa Village environment." It is a very unique place to stay- just a short walk to the beautiful river, shops and restaurants. My dad visited last year from Tennessee and we encouraged him to stay at the Parrish Grove Inn. He loved it and said he prefers the Parrish Grove Inn to beachside hotels now.

The establishment was very pretty. We went for one of their wine specials. We were given a suggestion of wine, but never told the prices of anything. We enjoyed sitting around in the lovely, antique inn. It is so beautiful. However, some guests that were actually staying came in pretty late. The owner was extremely passive aggressive about this. It was pretty uncomfortable, and made me not want to suggest the establishment as and actual overnight guest.

Happened on this place by accident but it was a great find! My wife and I were in the Village here in Cocoa, and we came upon this place that advertised "wine bar". We went in and it was like going into a Victorian Inn! My wife lived it!!!! They had a lot of wine to choose from, we got a bottle, sat on the porch and enjoyed a beautiful Florida afternoon while listening to all the music and happenings going on in the Village! It was an awesome afternoon, well spent!!! We go now almost every Thursday evening. Highly recommended for a change from the regular bar scene for sure!

My husband and I stay at Bed and Breakfasts very often. Every time our experience has been between wonderful and fantastic. We love going to this sort of lodging when traveling because you meet interesting people and get to know the owners who always love what they do and go out of their way to be warm and accommodating. From the moment we arrived at Parrish Grove Inn nothing could be farther from the truth. The phone number on the door to contact for assistance went to voicemail with a message that the mail box was full and on subsequent efforts to contact her we received the same message. After considerable time at the front door the manager (owner?) Hope finally appeared to let us in and assured us that everything had been sanitized appropriately for COVID 19 and that breakfast would be social distanced. We made a reservation for 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. for the following morning. We were told we would have the dining room table to ourselves. When we arrived at 8:40 there were two other couples in the lobby, one sat down at the dining room table and the other couple wound up sitting in the smaller room, which left no place for us to sit safely. Hope was not there and the two young women who were there to serve took no control of the situation. When Hope finally arrived we were still sitting in the lobby. When we complained she said no problem sit at the other end of the dining room table. My husband and I are older and have been very careful throughout this quarantine period, so I said no I don’t want to get sick. Her reply was, “you won’t get sick and you have done nothing but complain since you arrived, get out”. We went to our room to get our things. She came to the door a few minutes later and said one of the couples moved to the porch and we could sit there now with absolutely no attempt to apologize. My husband told her to get out of our room and I told her she should not be in a service business. This was our first outing in three months and we are people who usually take numerous trips during the year. It is unfortunate we chose this place to stay. The only reason it got even one star is you have to in order to post.
