I have several websites on ipage. No issues except the client email instructions for the latest outlook is not correct and I have not figured out how to eliminate the warning that comes each time I open outlook about not being a secure certificate. Actually once I check the box to go to the email anyway, everything works fine. I email between my corporation and my own email addresses and everything works fairly quickly. My websites look great, but I don't get into marketing or selling products online. My websites are mostly for fun and sharing our health journey.

I have been with iPage for years. I just found out that I paid all year long to host my website, but it was already hosted by the company I hired to create my new website. I asked for a refund, they said they wouldn't. And they wouldn't change the renewal from their side either. They would be happy to take my money for another year for absolutely NOTHING. I did the change. Awful company.

This company is full of scamsters. they do not speak truth nor they work on any issue. My website has issue from July and yet they have not corrected. I can not log in my control panel, representatives do not help nor has any knowledge to solve any issue. Worst company to deal. I have called several times and I was told that it is first time I called with issue. Each time I call, on hold for more than 25 minutes. Please do not deal with them. He told me to update the plugins,

Zero stars. rude customer service. tech support told me deleting a text file will fix an issue. Dumb. Worthless. emails and calls go unanswered. Site has been down for over 30 days. Might be a US company on paper, but customer service barely speaks and comprehends English.
