An absolute beautiful building, the common areas are stunning! The amount of natural light adds to the design and decor for an overall gorgeous building. Plenty of spaces on different floors, whether indoor or out.

The Ascent is a lovely apartment, with spacious and clean lounges, a great gym, nice amenities, and a highly attentive and supportive staff. Their concierge service is also exceptional. Kelsey and Maria are incredible and truly committed to excellence. The location is unbeatable, close to downtown and just 5 minutes away from the beach! The community feels safe and welcoming, with plenty of parking and well-maintained common areas. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and with care, which really adds peace of mind. Living here has been such a positive experience and I highly recommend The Ascent to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service!

I recently moved into Ascent Metropolitan Naples, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the very beginning, the staff has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Maria and Kelsey truly stand out; they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I secured my apartment sight unseen, which is no small feat, especially while I was 3,000 miles away on vacation. Kelsey was upfront and honest about the nearby construction noise, which made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. Her patience was remarkable as I changed my mind multiple times until I found the perfect unit for me. The building and lifestyle at Ascent have exceeded my expectations. It's rare to find a rental that not only accepts dogs but allows two without any weight limit! The community here is genuinely pet-friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I’m especially excited about the future events they have planned and the fantastic amenities available. The location is super convenient, but with a gym, a stunning penthouse lounge (the sunsets over the Gulf are breathtaking!), a pet spa, a dog park, and business cubicles, I find it hard to leave. The southwest-facing pool is perfectly placed for relaxation and soaking up the sun. Overall, I highly recommend Ascent Metropolitan Naples to anyone looking for a vibrant community with exceptional staff and amenities!

Great amenities. staff is nice — however, they always throw events and it makes it feel like it’s a party and not a place where you can live. There’s never any water in the refrigerators either that they used to stock and when you ask ‘it’s on back order’ for over a month. They don’t bring packages up to your room either which is what most buildings do. My fiancé gets groceries delivered while she’s at work and they never bring it up even when she asks them to as it needs to be refrigerated. I wouldn’t say it’s the most ideal place to be. Liked it at first but there’s 3 developments going in adjacent to it and in front of it. Views are blocked and we live in a construction zone that will feel this way for the next two years. The dust is absolutely horrible here.

Moved in not too long ago. The area is great and the fact that it’s a brand new building is the main perk. Disappointed in the fact that 98% of the apartment was done cheap. Super cheap appliances and generally the inside of the apartment (floorboards, air vents, thermostat, kitchen sink, etc.) Surprising for the price and area. Unfortunately because of that I don’t see myself here long term.

Equally impressive is the poolside area, a resort-like oasis with a sparkling infinity pool, plush loungers, and cabanas that create a perfect blend of relaxation and elegance. It’s an ideal spot to unwind or entertain guests. For pet owners like myself, the dog park and dog spa are game-changers. The dog park is spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with agility equipment and shaded areas for both pets and owners to enjoy. The dog spa is a luxurious touch, offering washing stations and pampering services that make it clear this building prioritizes furry residents as much as human ones. But what truly made my visit unforgettable was Maria. From the moment I arrived, she was the epitome of professionalism—warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about every detail of the property. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the tour accordingly, highlighting features that mattered most to me without ever being pushy.
