Pros: right on the beach with a tiki bar that serves lunch and dinner/grill specials. Decent pool area. Wide sandy beach for bike/e-bike riding. Short distance to Flagler the main area for restaurants and shopping. Cons: motel needs serious updating. Breakers trip so you don’t have electricity which staff knows. Told them when I checked out certain outlets didn’t work. They were very nice saying if we would have told them they would have fixed it right away. I told them we didn’t want to be disturbed or moved. We had already settled in for 2 nights. The toilet needed a whole new handle and flapper assembly. The owner I’m sure knows repairs and updates need to be done and they should be done prior to patrons checking into their room not during. For the money I would suggest staying elsewhere.

Positive: The best part of this hotel was its location on the beach with a Tiki Bar. It has an Old Florida feel. It was located just a few blocks from Flagler St in downtown area with restaurants and shopping. We could ride our bikes there. Negative: The rooms are very dated. Electrical issues, the breakers trip, hire an electrical contractor and fix the problem. Toilet needed new handle & flapper assembly. The owner needs to spend some money & update the rooms. Wouldn't stay here again.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around to nearby areas. The rooms were quite clean and equipped with basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, which helped me get a good night's sleep after a long day. Although not overly spacious, the room still felt functional and well-arranged. The service here was also quite good. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist when I needed help. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick.

While the location and views were beautiful, the rooms were a different story, we were originally in a room facing the ocean which was decent and when we wanted to extend our stay one more day we were given a new room which was horrifying!! The bathroom was covered in mold, it took thirty minutes for the water to get warm and there was just a lingering musty smell through out the room. We woke up at 10am after getting in at 3am and there was construction and painting happening directly outside of our door, some of the Maintenance guys were drinking an smoking behind the building which was right outside of our room

This place doesn’t deserve any stars! DON’T stay in the motel, especially if you have a kid with you. The Tiki Bar connected to it draws in all walks of life.! Not an environment kids should be around. It’s the filthiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Clearly was not revamped after the hurricane. The health department should shut it down!!! The third parties advertising need to remove this place as an option to stay. It’s NOTHING like the photos. The people reviewing obviously aren’t staying in the motel unless they’re drunk. Reviews are for the Tiki Bar which is decent and staff was nice.

Not the best vacation they had an adorable little kind of balcony type would like two chairs and like a p a little area with sand for kids to play and there was a big signs everywhere saying no smoking and I get it because it would be nice to just sit out there. Watch kids playing in the sand except we could not stay out there long because every one including the janitors were smoking and it just stank, and our kids were coughing and we just had to go back inside and in the room there was no rug or carpet and it was just sand everywhere not the best experience
