EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I had a terrible experience here. I paid $70 for a full set, expecting professional service, but what I got was far from it. The person doing my nails was clearly not properly trained — my nails are crooked, uneven, and horribly shaped. Every single nail looks different, and it’s obvious they didn’t know what they were doing. I told them I was unhappy with the results, and all they offered was $5 off. I left in tears and didn’t have time for them to “fix” it, but honestly, I wouldn’t want anyone there touching my nails again. Now I have to spend even more money to get this mess removed and redone somewhere else. Save your time and money — I will never return and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about quality or professionalism.

Dawn did an amazing job with my nails. It was done so quick yet came out so perfect. 10/10 will come back again, maybe a pedicure next time too!!

I have been going here for over two years and I have had great service. The place is so clean and bright. The pricing is about the same as other places, maybe cheaper than some. I currently have Dawn do my nails and she is the best! I have never had a bad result in all the time I have been coming here. I highly recommend Designs by Dawn.

I had an amazing experience today at Dawn Nails in Poinciana! Jessica did a fabulous job on my pedicure and SNS on my natural nails. She was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. My nails look stunning and my feet feel so refreshed. The salon was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Definitely a 10 out of 10—highly recommend Jessica if you’re looking for beautiful nails and great service!

$70 for a sloppy full set….I came in here with high hopes because of the ratings, the place looks nice and the people working there all seemed sweet too. Originally I wanted french tips to accompany the pink acrylic, but soon after Danny started my nails I started to loose faith that they would end up looking good so I told him he could stop after filing the nails. I specifically said no polish so that i could finish them myself at home but he insisted on a top coat. Little did i know that he was putting a gel top coat that added so much extra money…when i didn't even want it in the first place. From start to finish I had the feeling that he is not used to doing acrylic nails. The application of acrylic was super messy and he used wayy too much acrylic, which caused him to take a lot of time filing them down. The nails barely look coffin even with that. He cut me 2 times, on my right ring finger and then on my left thumb. And multiple of my nails look like they need a fill already because he did not put acrylic close enough to the cuticle (which he never pushed them down to begin with, which i thought was customary for full sets.) Overall I feel ripped off because this set looks like I could have done it myself for less than half the price.

I went in today for a much needed pedicure. Wendy was my technician and all I can say is wow! I have neuropathy in my feet and legs. The massage she did was fantastic. My legs felt so good afterwards. The salon is clean and bright. The prices seem to be on par (or even a little less) with other salons in the area.

I had the pleasure of getting my feet done by Jessica, and she did a total reset of my feet. I have been dealing with this chip toe nail for a year and she has been the only one to fix it. I would recommend her to anyone. She was a joy and very friendly.
