Worst delivery issues I’ve ever experienced. I am missing at least one paper a week, sometimes more. Total BS. Can add another comment about how obviously bias the paper is toward the far left and never offers anything positive about conservatives. I get it merely for the local section and sports. One of the worst papers in America

We had the subscription for 30 years...come to find out we were paying double what other subscribers were paying....$956 annually. NO ONE would reply to my email or return my call. I was disconnected at least 5 times when I asked to be transferred to the manager. On my last call I actually was able to speak with some one. They said my rate was high due to annual increases. Horrible long time subscribers are taken advantage of.... I cancelled the subscription.

I'm currently been trying for over the past month to discontinue my subscription. I was affirm in one conversation about 2 to 3 weeks ago it was supposed to end Feb 18. However, I was billed again Monday for another month. I contacted Monday about the issue. Was informed it was their mistake the lady prior did not discontinue the auto payment. Today I go in there to see the payment was processed and added another month supply. Now I have to get the bank involved. Not happy and would not recommend anyone their services.

I just wrote a long review and struggled with this system. Then it just disappeared. Horrible customer service. Purposely over charges by putting the change in rate in the "fine print" of the bill. I have had home delivery all my life. My parents when I was little and me as an adult. It took me multiple phone calls and weeks to fix the last problem. When it was owned locally there was so much pride in how it was operated. Not anymore

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I called FIVE times over a 32 hour period regarding the same issue without any resolution! I have been a subscriber for a long time. This past Sunday, my paper was not delivered. I called in the morning and was told my paper would be delivered shortly. It was not. I called again. I was told it would be delivered the following day. It wasn’t. I was also told the issue would be escalated to a supervisor. It was not. The next several times I called, I was told they were aware of the issue and a supervisor would take care of it. They did not. On the 4th call, the representative told me that she was “new at this’ and she would (again) escalate this issue to a supervisor. She did not. The last time I called, the person agreed to transfer me to a supervisor. She also confirmed my phone number so I could receive a call back in the event I was disconnected. I held on the line for OVER THIRTY MINUTES! No one answered the phone and then I was disconnected! I did not receive a call back as promised. I did not receive my paper as promised. There are certainly papers around with original and better content. I can’t imagine they offer any worse customer service than this. This is just not worth the aggravation! Of course, in order to cancel my subscription, I need to speak to a responsive individual. Do you think that there is one such person working at The Post? Doubtful! I would never recommend the Palm Beach Post to anyone, ever again!!! Joy Lavin
