We had an old breaker short out and start to smoke in our shop area. The Fire Department was called and replied quickly, making sure everything was okay. Unfortunately, the board that was damaged was down for the count. This controlled the majority of our Garage Doors and Lifts. In other words. . . we were at a stalemate until a new board could be ordered, shipped and installed. We called Dave at Thompson Solutions and within minutes, (Not Exaggerating) we had a team of electricians looking into the situation. By 6:30 the same day, we had a brand new board and everything was updated and working great!!! I can't tell you how good it feels to know that there is this level of quality and customer service in our community!! Thompson has been our go to resource since moving to this area many years ago both residentially and commercially. Recently I talked to Seth and got setup for an EV charger install in our garage. His coworker Spencer showed up for our install date on time, did a fantastic job and was all around just a great person. I just want to give Thompson Electric a positive review. I thought I had an electrical issue at my home and called this morning. Lisa in Service was helpful and planned to have someone come to my house same day. I ended up figuring out what was wrong and cancelled the appointment, and Lisa was very gracious. I will use them for any electrical needs in the future and recommend them to anyone. Great company!

I needed an electrician for my kitchen remodel when we found the wires had been placed over the ceiling when the soffit was removed. They completely rewired my kitchen, added outlets, moved outlets, and installed a light fixture. They came out within about a day. The guy was super knowledgeable and finished that same day. I was really impressed! The cost was very reasonable. I will be recommending this company to my family and friends.

Thompson electric has fine electricians that are good at their job, reasonable and quick! Thankyou for another job well done. For example our light fixture had a short. The electrician did not stop with a quick fix but tested and redid every connection.

Don't you think it's hypocritical your employees walk through entire factories, plants, and facilities not wearing any ppe while putting warning stickers up saying "warning proper ppe must be worn here" and the factories even have it posted before you walk out onto the floor? 100% hypocrisy at its finest with typical electricians.

We were needing a quality camera system for our building. Wanting to buy local we obtained 3 different bids from 3 local security camera companys. We had used TI's web to inquire about their systems. Jason Seitzinger was prompt and professional with the presentation of their system. We received a quote in a timely fashion and all the details were explained well. The install crew showed up on time (much appreciated!!), were fast, efficient, and Wade explained the software and how to use the cameras. On one hand, it was almost information overload but on the other it was nice knowing we are dealing with a company who knows their product.
