Very pleased with Dr Pego and staff. Very polite and accommodating for my cats needs. Always greeted by my cats name on the welcome sign near the door. Much easier to schedule compared to some other local vets.

I was really happy they took in my wounded cat within a day online. It was a lifesaver. He got a bite or wound on his nose. He got stiches that day and was seen in morning. I will be do a recheck in two weeks i hope my kitty wound heals. Went for second appointment and was pleased with vet. My cat nose is basically normal. I give lots credit to vet that did the stitches. Wow look at his nose now. What a great job he did. This happened in august now its november. Its a little steep but worth it. Now i have pet insurance

Wonderful staff and the doctor was fantastic! I have a new rescue kitten that I was worried had a few issues. She was very gentle and kind to my new little one, and did a very thorough exam and explained everything to me. I used to take my other babies to VCA in Robinson (also wonderful) but recently moved and this location is more convenient. Very happy that I stayed with the VCA family to take care of my babies! Olivia did so good at the vet today!

I took my Jack Russell Terrier, Ricky Bobby, to Duncan Manor Animal Hospital last night. We were greeted by a wonderful receptionist and her dog Butters. I found that Duncan Manor is Clean, Warm and Inviting. Seems like they really care about their pets. Upon arriving they took a picture of my dog which I thought was very sweet. The Vet Tech did a fantastic job calming my pet when taking his temperature. I found the Doctor to be very warm hearted and she did a wonderful job as well. Duncan Manor Animal Hospital has a real heart for my pet and I am sure yours as well.

In the past several months, I made five appointments for my three cats' wellness exams, vaccines, nail clippings, and fecal parasite tests as well as my kitten’s blood work, spaying, and microchip. All employees—the receptionists, technicians, and veterinarians—were very friendly and performed their jobs well. The veterinarians thoroughly answered my questions about my kitten's eye infection, sneezing, roundworms, and post-surgical care. They also gave me a topical medication to treat the worms in all three cats. My kitten is healing from her surgery, and the staff called to check on her. My only criticism would be that I have had to wait to get appointments for my two senior cats’ wellness checkups, because sometimes this office is very busy.
